MINUTES :
it was basically a propasal that we, CAS will have a 2 days excibit @ white gold on Feb. 20 - 21 in cooperation with CEBU PITBULL CLUB kay naa daw sila dogshow ana nga event so we are invited, and since on that date kay a2 unta nah 1 year ANNIVERSARY! beach party will be cancelled nalng... concentrate nalang tah aning excibit for exposure and awareness sad bah ...so we need to make the best out of this kay this will be our celebration sa a2 first year anniversary.
TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE WE SHOULD :
* each member should atleast bring 2-5 out of your collections nga pwede e display sa excibit
* some or kung pwede all members should stay overnight sa venue to guard your collection, our booth as well kay lisud manpod
if byaan n2 or mag hipos2x kay ma stress nya a2 mga alaga ...
* members are liable to pay 350 per head para sa fee sa excibit,
food and drinks included nasad
* FEB 20 , 2010 is a saturday ... mag dinner ta ninyo tanan sa venue as a celebration, ang uban pwede mag stay overnight to
bond with the group, and uban pwede pod uli k2 naa mga pamilya ... hehe
* lets just say nga 15 members ang sure nga maka attend, that would be 350 x 15 = 5,250 ... and 2,250 will go to CPC as fee kay
mag advertise man sad daw sila sa newspaper, so basically we have 3,000 pesos left para sa a2 food and drinks
* we will be assigning memebers to bring cooked vian/sud-an sa feb 20 sa gabie, BUT and gasto sa sudan comes from the 3,000
huh ... for example si ____ or ang mama ni ____ maau mo cook og humba then hatag tag budget for 2 kilos of pork then kamo na
cook sa inyo, just please bring it with borrowed tupperware during dinner time . Stealing of tupperware for enclosure
purposes is strickly prohibited!!!! bwahahahhahah

* or pwede rasad ta magpa cook sa kana gani mura pala2x style ... nga palit tag meat nila then sila na cook bah ...
* mag assign sad tag members to bring some stuff needed during the 2 days excibit :
~ speaker with mp3 or ipod
~ plastic despenser, kana wala hot and cold , i think maka buy rata water galon sa white gold
~ cooler para sa ice hehehe you know nah
~ extension wires
~ cloth nga pwede e tabon sa setup n2 during night time para dili ma stress
~ i dont know else what to think hehehehe to be continued .....
* para sa a2 funds pwede daw ta mag pa pay of 30 - 50 pesos taga picture sa a2 arachnids then pa print lang sa white gold after
