Just would like to share with my fellow CAS members what just made my day this morning!!!
Since February of this year when I first noticed the bulge on my female Tangerine LG's tummy, I've never stopped hoping when I check the LG enclosure every morning that I will be suprised with an egg or two in the laying chamber.
Here is my female Tangerine LG in a photo that I took last March 8 (obviously gravid na).
This morning, I wasnt expecting anything since almost 3 months na ko sige ug check sa laying chamber, and I dont see any egg...then, I got the suprise of my life when I checked and FINALLY, a single egg is deposited at the bottom of the spaghnum moss substrate of the laying chamber. Wohooo!!! Finally!
Here are some of the pics I took this morning:

the egg after I carefully transferred it in the incubating chamber with moist perlite as incubating medium.
since it is LG breeding season from January to September...I am looking forward for the next clutch by next month(hopefully 2 eggs per clutch na)...and 1 clutch each month until the end of the breeding season.
